Here are the main changes:
1. Clear distinction between Payment Services and ancillary services: the specific conditions for additional services (e.g., deferred payment, accelerated payment) will now be communicated to you separately, only if you wish to subscribe to them.
2. Integration of the concept of Account Information Services to enable connection to accounting tools.
3. Addition of new Payment Services such as
- SEPA Direct Debit (available now)
- Capital Deposit: Assistance with your remote share capital deposit procedures, with delivery of a deposit certificate necessary for registering your company (coming soon).

4. A clarification regarding the payment card, now clearly defined as an immediate debit card.

These changes take effect on September 10, 2025. By continuing to use our services, you automatically accept the new Terms of Use.
